As a second generation stained-glass artist, working with glass, color and light is in my blood.
As a teenager, I remember leaning in to watch my Mom, Regina, work on her glass creations, as she taught me about the process, heart, and skill required to become a true master of this beautiful art form.
Since that time, my Mom went to be with Jesus, and I've never stopped working with glass. I feel blessed to have built hundreds of stained-glass windows in churches and homes all over Colorado and beyond. I truly love the process of telling a story, creating a mood, or capturing a glimpse of the movement of the Spirit when I create.
I am a full-time elementary school art instructor and have been for thirty years. I love what I do, but I always find time to stretch my creative wings in the studio, in order to design and create stained-glass windows for residences, churches, and anyone else who would love to mingle glass, color and light to make their space more inspiring.
I am married to the love of my life, Shannon Adducci, who is also an artist (www.shannonadduccimusic.com) - a singer/songwriter and a partner with me in my studio and in my life. I am also a Dad to our three young adult boys. Oh, and I can’t forget Chloe, our part-Beagle, part-Great Pyrenees pup. Together we have a full but very joyous, loving life, and we couldn’t be more grateful.
If you’d like me to help you in designing and creating a stained-glass window for your space, please get in touch, and we will make it happen!
Buongiorno,
Joe
